Appointment Booking

Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure availability.

Please call us at (818) 557-0588 at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly note that some master technicians manage their own bookings and appointments must be scheduled directly with them.

Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling.

For your safety, if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment.

Nail Technicians follow the by California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology. Please refer to the understand their scope of practice as in Business and Professions Code.

Please see a physician or other medical professional if you have any illness, disease, infection on your hands and/or feet. Technicians will not be able to service you.

Please avoid shaving or waxing any leg hair at least 24 hours before your pedicure.

Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities such as diabetes or blood circulation issues prior to your appointment.

We ask all guests to maintain a calm and respectful attitude toward staff and fellow clients.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We accept all Visa, MasterCard, Apple-pay, Zelle and Venmo cards, cash (USD) payments.

We cannot accept tips on our payment machine. Tips are accepted by each technician using their own payment options such as cash, Zelle, Venmo etc.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

At this time we do not offer senior citizen, military/veteran, teacher or other occupational or group discounts.

We are a child-friendly salon and warmly welcome families. However, we kindly ask that all children be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we request that children maintain appropriate behavior inside the salon. This includes no running, yelling, or any actions that may disrupt the safety and relaxing atmosphere of Queen Nails.
